Cantina Piemontese is also the ideal place for wine enthusiasts, with a wide selection of over 600 labels. Sommelier Domenico Sardella offers an intelligent journey through all Italian regions, as well as a careful selection of French wines.

Charm and elegance of ancient Piedmont.

Original flavors, respectful yet daring cuisine, expertise applied to the originality of culinary creations. Historical settings, play of lights, meticulously designed interiors that reflect the elegance of the ancient Piedmontese spirit in every detail.

ANCIENT PIEDMONT

Tradition, Historical Research, Quality. Quality. We devote special attention to the Ancient Piedmont area, where Piedmontese gastronomic culture returns to the Savoy traditions, making a synthesis between Italy and France. We will not renounce interpreting the great recipes of the rest of Italy. We don't shy away from interpreting the great recipes from the rest of Italy.

FOR A HUNDRED YEARS

Historic shops preserve the soul of the city.

Ample velvety seating, lighting designed for each space, design elements and objects.
We have always sought to collaborate with local craftsmen and artists to better define our historical and territorial identity.

Our Dishes

We only use ingredients that respect seasonal cycles and which our chef transforms into masterpieces of taste.
That is why our menu offers different dishes every day.

Wine list

Starting this year, our Wine List will also become an important cultural project. Over the next few years, we will use an authorial perspective to recount the richness of the Italian territory, following the common thread that unites the best wineries in the Bel Paese, as if they were one big family.
The first protagonist of this new adventure is Davide Monteleone, an internationally renowned photographer and visual artist, who in 2025 photographed the Langhe region for us, the obvious starting point for this project due to its strong ties with Cantina Piemontese.
